  • We typically like to arrive 40-60 minutes before the bride gets dressed to get situated and capture details, and we usually depart the wedding about 20-40 minutes into the dance/celebration. With the Gold and Platinum Package, you have coverage for up to 10 hours, and with the Silver, you have coverage for up to 8 hours. You do have the option of adding on hours for $300 an hour if you need extended coverage on the front end of the day or if you have late night events you want captured.

  • We tell our clients that we capture about 80-90% of the ceremony. Due to our final product being a WEDDING film, we try to capture different angles and shots of the ceremony to ensure artistic variety in the footage. We capture the processional, ring exchange, vows, and recessional in full. Typically we do not capture readings, officiant messages, etc. in full. Please let us know if this does not fit your needs!

  • We add this requirement in our contract for a few different reasons! On a wedding day, we give priority to shooting the most important moments of your day, which means little to no time for food. We do bring our own snacks, but we often don’t have time to stop for lunch, and packing and storing food is difficult for us on wedding days. We ask for a hot meal during dinner because we want to ensure that we are nourished and at our best while filming your special day. Sometimes caterers will offer a “vendor meal” which is typically not a hot meal. This could be a good question to clarify with your caterer! We like to sit either in or near the reception room so that if anything important happens that needs capturing, we will be readily available to get up and capture it! Another note is that the sooner we are able to eat our dinner the better, that way we can be finished in time for speeches, dancing, etc. Thank you!

  • We tell our clients that they can expect a return time of 8-12 weeks. This timeline is dependent how busy it is during our season. We work hard to make sure that our clients get their deliverables as soon as possible, because giving the final product is our favorite part of the process!

  • When our editing team finishes your WEDDING film, we will create a blog post that includes your WEDDING film, and email it to you right away. After that, we will EMAIL you a link TO YOUR DIGITAL FILE GALLERY with the rest of your deliverables. you will be able to download to any device. if you want a USB copy it will be an additional $65.

    • Wedding  Film - This is the 3 to 5 minute film that you see on our website, blog, Vimeo, etc. that highlights your wedding day.

    • Editor’s Cut - The Editor’s Cut is the product of part of our editing process where we take the Raw Footage and cut it down to the best shots that could potentially be used in the highlight film. This is usually 10-15 minutes, and it is still unedited. This means that it doesn't have any music or coloring, and the raw audio is still attached. This file is essentially a quick look at your Raw Footage.

    • Speeches - We record Speeches in full and deliver them as their own file. If you have the Gold or Platinum package, or if you got the audio add-on for the Silver Package, we will sync up the recorded audio to the toast/speech footage.

    • Raw Footage - You get all of the raw footage from the day compiled into one file. This is completely unedited and might contain multiple shots of the same thing, accidental shots, etc. We do categorize the raw footage in this order: Bride, groom, couple, pre-ceremony, ceremony, pre-reception, reception, location.

    • Social Media Edit (GOLD AND PLATINUM ONLY) - This is a 30 sec - 1 minute edit of the Wedding Highlight Film, and it is a small enough file size, and typically in a vertical format, that you will be able to share it via social media, text, email, etc.

    • Engagement Session/Welcome Dinner Edit (PLATINUM ONLY) - This is a separate, edited video of the Engagement Session or Welcome Dinner that we did with you prior to your wedding day!

    • Love Story/Extended Wedding Film (PLATINUM ONLY) - This is a 5-7 minute highlight film including footage from both your wedding day and your engagement session/welcome dinner.
